Urgent Consultation for Early Pregnancy

My Urgent Consultation for Early Pregnancy is designed for patients who have recently discovered they are pregnant and need prompt guidance about psychiatric medications before making any changes. This 30 minute visit is intended for situations where timing matters and questions cannot wait for a routine appointment.

During this consultation, I review your current medications, psychiatric history, and the specific concerns that have come up since learning about the pregnancy. We discuss the risks of stopping, continuing, or adjusting medications, and I help you understand what is known from current evidence so that decisions are not made out of panic or incomplete information.

This service is especially important for patients who are unsure whether to remain on their medications and want expert guidance before making changes on their own. Requests are responded to within 12 hours, with the goal of offering timely, grounded support during an often stressful and uncertain moment.

These visits are cash-pay, and a superbill can be provided upon request.

$50 late cancellation fee if less than 24 hours notice
